- NAVSUP WSS presolicitation synopsis for the issuance of an Advanced Delivery Order (ADO) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-10-G-A109 with Lockheed Martin MS2 in Eagan, MN. The period of performance is until 31 March 2012 for the repairs of 301 NSN's. This equipment is AN/UYQ-70 (V) Advanced Display System (Q-70). LM is the design agent, system integrator, and/or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and NAVSEA approved source of supply and certified depot for the Q-70 weapon system. The repair facility and Mini Stock Point are located at LM's Virginia Beach, VA depot. The subject items require Gov. source approval prior to contract award, as the items are mission critical and or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support repair via full and open competition.
