- End Item Application: 11F - AIRCRAFT, GALAXY C-5. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 5826-00-998-8967 and 5826-00-998-8968 Support Assembly, Antenna in accordance with a fully competitive technical data package. First Article Testing (FAT) Government and Export Control apply for both NSNs. The Estimated annual quantity for NSN 5826-00-998-8967 is 29 each and the guaranteed minimum quantity is 7 each. The Estimated annual quantity for NSN 5826-00-998-8968 is 22 each and the guaranteed minimum quantity is 5 each. For both NSNs, the guaranteed minimum is applicable only to the base year. FOB: Destination; Inspection: Origin / Acceptance: Destination. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside using Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is on or about February 27, 2012. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Items are not commercial.
