- This is a notification that an award will be made IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a one year contract to Sysco Intermountain (Cage Code: 0LLV5), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Utah area. This contract, SPM300-12-D-3533, will run from February 12, 2012 through February 9, 2013 or until the award of a new contract. The justification will be posted at time of award.
