- The IRS Office of Treasury Procurement Services (OTPS) intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a maintenance pooled plan, remedial support, engine and accessories, toner and supply inclusive on the Canon Image Runner 110, Canon Image Runner 125, and the Canon Image Press C7000VP to Canon, U.S.A. 2110 Washington Blvd., Ste. 300 Arlington, VA 22204. Maintenance services on the Canon Image Runner and Image Press copiers are needed to support the Graphics Division for Treasury Departmental Offices clients. Canon is the only vendor that is capable of acquiring parts, services and software for this particular product. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a 12 month period of performance from 15 February 2012 through 14 February 2013 with two option years. The NAICS code is 811212 and size standard is $25,000,000.00 This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Natasha Wells at Natasha.Wells@irs.gov. All responses must be received no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, February 14, 2012, and will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considred as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
