- Description
- This procurement is being authorized under IQC12031009025, RA12032001, SPM4A612R1023. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract for a base and four one-year options. The procurement will be unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The government does not own the rights to the drawings required to manufacture this item, and the approved source listed in the item description is Honeywell International Inc. (99193) P/N: 3810019-5. The NSN is coded as a critical application item. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item, nor is it commercial. Inspection/Acceptance is requested at Destination, FOB is at Destination. Surge and Sustainment does not apply to this procurement. The anticipated quantities on the contract are as follows: Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (base year only) is 17 EA, Estimated Annual Quantity 70 EA, Minimum Per Delivery Order 17 EA, Maximum per Delivery Order 70 EA, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 690 EA. This contract is for stock deliveries in the continential US only. The estimated solicitation open date is 2/24/2012. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited on the Request for Proposal.
