UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: District of Columbia City: Washington Delineated Area: West side - 13th Street NW; East side - 10th Street NW; North side - Massachusetts Ave NW; South side - New York Ave NW Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Space Type: Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 88 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 88 contiguous reserved parking spaces in a garage Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: 1.24/7 access to garage; 2.88 reserved parking spaces must be contiguous; 3.The ability to install a secured gate around reserved parking Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The United States Government currently occupies 88 reserved parking spaces in a property located in Washington, DC, under a lease that is soon to expire. The delineated area for this requirement is Washington, DC, between 10th Street NW (East side) and 13th Street NW (West side) and between Massachusetts Ave NW (North side) and New York Ave NW (South side). The lease term requirement is five (5) years The location must meet the following requirements:. (1)24/7 access to garage (2)88 reserved parking spaces must be contiguous (3)The ability to install a secured gate around reserved parking The Government is interested in considering alternative space for the 88 reserved parking spaces if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, relocation costs, such as the replication of a secured gate and access control and the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements. The building must be located outside of any 100-year floodplain. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction with the ability to meet all current Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to, fire and life safety, accessibility, and OSHA. In the event that your response to this ad fails to provide the required information, the Government reserves the right to assume that the building in question cannot meet the Government's requirements.
