- STATEMENT OF WORK ADDENDUM D ADDENDUM C ADDENDUM B ADDENDUM A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Food Catering Services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Tactical Operations Division, Special Operations Group Tactical Center (SOG) intends to make a single award purchase for Catering Service at 1401 F. Street, Pineville, LA. SOG will sponsor a Spring Sustainment Training as well as a Selection Class during the timeframe of February 27, 2012 and May 25, 2012. This requirement is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $35.5M. All responsible Small Business sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon all interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors submitting a quote must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) located at http://ccr.gov in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials and supervision necessary to provide food catering services to support training activities. Preparation of meals at the government facility is a requirement. Service of prepared meals will be held at the Dining Facility located at 1401 F. Street, Pineville, LA or remote locations to include Range 4, 129 Mill Creek Road, Pineville, LA or Range 8, 250 Mayhaw Road, Pollock, LA. All remote locations are within a 10 mile radius of Special Operations Group Tactical Center. Please review attached Addendum A - Days of Service, Addendum B - Sample Menu, Addendum C - Equipment Schedule and Addendum D - Wage Determination as well as the Statement of Work for more details of requirements.
