Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice of government's intent to solicit quotes from a regularly established business to provide abatement, disposal of asbestos or lead containing materials within numerous locations throughout the medical center; as needed. Services shall be performed at VAMC WJBD VA Medical Center, Columbia, South Carolina in accordance with specifications. The solicitation will result in firm fixed price single award contract. The anticipated period of performance is 1 April 2012 -through 30 September 2012 with four (4) one-year options to renew. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for service disabled veterans owned small business concerns. The RFP number is VA247-12-R-0128. The applicable NAISC code is 562910 with business size standard of $14 Million. When issued, the solicitation will be available via www.fedbizopps.gov. The tentative solicitation issue date will be on or after February 8, 2012. Interested offerors shall respond to the actual solicitation and are urged to submit all questions/concerns to filida.enoch@va.gov. Telephonic requests and/ or responses to the solicitation notice are not allowed. Firms offering responses this solicitation shall ensure registration in the Central Contractors Registration Database (CCR) www.ccr.gov. And Certified as SDVOSB in www.vetbiz.gov
