As an integral component of the FPS security effort, the contractor shall provide and maintain all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, license, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reposts and files necessary to accomplish the requirement. The RFP shall require the submission of a technical proposal as well as a price proposal. All proposals received from industry will be evaluated using Best Value/ Trade-Off procedures. It is anticipated that the subject solicitation will be released on or about February 1, 2012. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website for the issuance of the RFP as well as any updates to the solicitation. All contractors must be registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration ( www.ccr.gov ) and http://orca.bpn.gov for their Online Representations and Certificates Application (ORCA) PRIOR to submittal of proposal. A preproposal conference will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 10:00 AM in Philadelphia, PA. Details regarding this conference can be found in the attachments. A copy of the PSO post exhibit, seniority list, and collective bargaining agreements/ wage determinations will be provided upon a request from the offeror to the Contract Specialist. The non disclosure agreement (attached) must be completed prior to the release of the these documents.
