- Description
- NSN: 2835-01-003-1394, Weapon System: Power Control Shaft, used primarily on the (19F) F15 Eagle Aircraft. There are two approved sources listed as Honeywell, CAGE: 99193, P/N: 367063-1 and Thomas Indstruments Inc CAGE: 5H860 P/N: 87241-01. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Critical Application Item. Configuration Control, and MIL STD130N for packaging is required. Requested delivery is in 192 Days. Ship-to locations in the Continental US. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Surge and Sustainment does not apply to this procurement. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 one-year option periods. Will be s olicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 53 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 13 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 13 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 53 EA, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 525 EA. The estimated solicitation open date is 2/24/2012. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
