- The Air Armament Center, Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for X-81 Aluminum Powder to Toyal America, Inc. of Lockport, IL under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 13 February 2012. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (5,400 LBS) X-81 Aluminum Powder CLIN 0002: (1 EA) Shipping Costs This item must be delivered to 2306 Perimeter Rd, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 no later than 6 April 2012. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 331314 and the small business size standard is 750 people. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
