- It is the intent of the AMC Specialized Contracting Branch to award a sole source Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract for the subject requirement to the Small Business Administration on behalf of Red Cedar Enterprises, 515 G St. SE, Miami, OK, 74354-8224 under the authority of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1)) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8. The contract period of performance will consist of a 7 month base period and a 12 month option beginning 1 Mar 2012 - 30 Sep 2013. The contract will include the Option to Extend Services clause (FAR 52.217-8).
