- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competition basis the following items that are manufacturer sole sourced to L3 Communications Telemetry West. 1) Video Transmitter, Qty 6 each; 2) Heatsink for Transmitter, Qty 6 each; 3) Omni Directional Antenna, Qty 6 each. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
