- FINAL ATTACHMENT 5 - Pricing FINAL ATTACHMENT 4 - Functional Task Summary ATTACHMENT 3 Past Performance Sheet FINAL ATTACHMENT 2 Qualification Summary FINAL PWS FINAL Request For Proposal The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price contract to obtain advisory and assistance services (A&AS) for the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Information Dominance & Chief Information Officer (SAF/CIO A6) that dominantly comprise work in the following areas: strategic planning; organizational planning; developing policy; enforcing and auditing policy compliance; and aligning policy with strategic goals. This action will be a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611 with a small business size standard of $7M. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
