- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-12-T-5002, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332439. The size standard is $4,000,000 in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). The Federal Service Code is 8145. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Maintenance Squadron, Colorado Air National Guard, Hanger801, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011 to purchase a Cantilever RacKS as described below: QUANTITY= 7 EACH, 12 FOOT TALL, DOUBLE SIDED,TWO TOWERS PER, BASE 106", CAPACITY OF 12,000 PDS PER SIDE, 48" LONG PER ARM, LIP ENDED, 5 ARMS ON EACH SIDE FOR TOTAL OF 10 ARMS, CAPACITY WEIGHT OF EACH ARM IS 2,000. STEEL CONSTRUCTION. QUANTITY=4 EACH; SINGLE SIDED, 7' FOOT TALL, 8 TOWERS, 62" BASE ASSEMBLY, 11,000 PDS PER SIDE, 4 ARMS PER SIDE. ARMS 24" LONG X 3" H; EACH ARM HAS WEIGHT OF 2,000. ALL ARMS WILL INCLUDE SHELVES. STEEL CONSTRUCTION PLEASE SUPPLY DIAGRAMS AND MEASUREMENTS OF SAID ITEMS. INCLUDE FREIGHT TO ABOVE ADDRESS. QUESTIONS DUE IN BY 200 MST 14 FEB 2012.
