Responses to this RFP are due in writing via e-mail or fax to Ms. Jocelyn McChesney by 3:00pm HST on 22 February 2012. 2.0 DESCRIPTION: HQ PACAF/A3 is seeking information from industry that will assist in the procurement of ECTS-JPARC Support Services at Eielson AFB, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK and deployed locations as required. Specifically this RFI seeks the following information: (1) Are there tasks or standards that are not well defined or clearly addressed in the Draft PWS? (2) Do you have any other concerns or comments that could further refine the PWS? The Government will not be able to respond to submitted comments, suggestions, and questions, but will consider all information received when preparing the Final PWS. However, any and all changes to the PWS are at the sole discretion of the Government. 3.0 REQUIREMENTS: ECTS-JPARC Support Services at Eielson AFB, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK and deployed locations within the PACOM AOR. See Draft PWS for detailed information. 4.0 DISCLAIMER: This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFP that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned.
