- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SPAWAR Systems CenterPacific) in support of Afloat Networks Branch, Code 41310 has identified arequirement for sustainment services to tactical afloat shipboard andsubmarine networks. Support will be required to provide management,sustainment engineering, technical, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), inaddition to performing design analysis and trade studies to addressobsolescence issues. SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific intends to issue asolicitation (RFP N66001-11-R-0011) for a single award, indefinite-delivery,indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), cost reimbursement type contract with a base periodof one (1) year, followed by two (2) additional option years totaling 3 yearsforcontinued mission support. Other Direct Costs (ODC) will be non fee bearing.The annual estimated level of effort is 233,376 hours with an optional 233,376for option year 1 and 233,376 hours for option year 2. NAICS Code is 541330.This requirement will be fulfilled via full and open competition. Theestimatedrelease date of the solicitation is 28 February 2012.
