- General Decision No. AZ120001, dated 01/06/2012, 5 pages Building 200 Plumbing Penthouse Water Plan, P3.2.1 Electrical Penthouse Plan, E2.2.4 Statement of Work, 8 pages Clauses & Provisions, 11 pages SF18, Request for Quotation Provide rubberized floor coating to Mechanical Room floor, approximately 2,614 square feet, with two air handlers on raised concrete pads, numours floor penetrations, concrete equipment pads and floating motor pads. Contractor shall provide turnkey application of water-based modified elastomeric asphalt emulsion base coat and water-based polymer modified acrylic industrial top coat bonded to concrete floor, all concrete subs, motor platforms, penetrations and 6 inches up the wall. Includes all necessary disconnection and reconnction of all in-floor drain grates. The specification, clauses and provisions, and wage determination will be posted 2/8/2012. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
