- A Request for Proposal(RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase Request 0044162432, authorizes this procurement. RFP SPM4A512R1333. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This item is currently sole source to GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY CAGE 07482, NSN 2840014644109, SHIM, FAN BLADE, STAGE 2,, in accordance with P/N 1993M50P01. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 4059 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. The delivery requested is 100 days. This requirement is for DLA Direct. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control Applies. This is a letter RFP. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System(DIBBS). Sole Source (FAR 6.302) A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requestors by contacting the buyer directly. Progress payments may not be authorized for this procurement.
