- PR Request IQC 11319009035, NSN: 4925-00-999-3454, Test Set, Blasting Cap. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a guaranteed minimum quantity of 99 each with an estimated annual demand of 396, and a maximum annual Contract of 792 each. End Item Application: LAV, Anti-Tank. This item is a Drawing. Solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside, Full and open competition after exclusion of sources. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Required delivery is 160 days ARO. It is not a Critical Safety Item and it is not commercial. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is February 27, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
