- Solicitation Number: Notice Type: HQ0147-11-R-0002 Amendment/07 FEB 2012 Synopsis: URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT The purpose of this Amendment is to clarify the Government's intent with regard to the Pre-proposal Conference. Pre-Proposal Conference: A Final RFP Pre-Proposal Conference is hereby announced for industry participation. This will offer an opportunity for participants to ask questions regarding the Final Request for Proposal/HQ0147-11-R-0002. The intent is for the Government to offer clarification and give Offerors a chance to ask questions regarding the final Clear/Cod Upgraded Early Warning System (UEWR) RFP prior to producing and providing a proposal for Government evaluation. The event will begin at 8:30 am (EST) on 14 Feb 2012, at the MITRE Corporation Bedford Campus, Auditorium 2C130, 202 Burlington Road, Burlington, MA. This briefing will be unclassified. One-on-One sessions will be conducted the same day in the MITRE Corporation Bedford Campus, Auditorium 2C130, Burlington, MA, beginning at 10:30 AM (EST) and concluding at 5:00 pm (EST) and continued the following day if required to meet the number of interested Offerors. The One-on-One sessions will last sixty (60) minutes per Offeror. Sessions will be scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis filling the day of the conference and only overflowing into the following day if required by the number of Offerors. Any Offeror wishing to attend must convey their interest via RSVP no later than COB 10 February, 2012 (5:00 pm EST). Each Offeror is limited to five (5) participants. Attendance is limited to US citizens only. Visit Access Requests (VAR) must be submitted IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VAR INSTRUCTION LETTERS PROVIDED through JPAS to SMO Code 4B0807. The MITRE POC for the VAR is Mr. Daniel Pedro, (781) 225-0310. If a VAR cannot be submitted in JPAS, submit it via FAX (781) 271-3088.
