- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E3CE2010A003 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is set aside Small Business. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-55. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423850. The SB size standard for this code is 500 employees. CLIN 0001 - Dry and Store Hose Rack. Dry up to 900' of 1 ½" to 1 ¾" hose or up to 600' of 2 ½" hose. QTY: 1 EA CLIN 0002 - 5 Gal UV resistant polyethylene tank, 52" oil resistant hose, large 4" filler opening with drop-in filter screen, removable padded shoulder straps, lumbar support and waist belt, combination nozzle allows for ability to switch from straight stream to fog spray. QTY: 4 EA CLIN 0003 - Generator, 6500 watt, 13 horse power, 41.9" X 27.2" X 29.2", heavy duty wrap around frame, 6.6 gal fuel tank, multiple front panel outlets for power connections, electric primary start with pull chord back-up, wide grip handles and wheels for easy transport.
