- Update 7 Feb 2012 Directions to the Site Visit Take I-80 west (towards wendover) to exit 62, turn right at the yield sign and veer left onto the paved road. Oasis is 17 miles from that point. After reaching the gate, park and walk to the security forces desk through the side door. _____________________________________________________________________________ UPDATE 26 Jan 2012 The government has cancelled the combined synopsis/solicitation and will be conducting a site visit at the Utah Test and Training Range on 9 Feb 2012 at 1000. The direction, exact location and information needed to attend the site visit will soon follow. Please read the attached Statement of Objectives for more details.
