- This acquisition requires the contractor to provide additional engineering/software services support for Improved Master Control Processor Unit (IMPCU) Safety of Flight (SOF) Electromagnetic Interference Qualification and Testing on the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior aircraft Control Display System, Version 4 (CDS4) IMCPU to the CDS5 configuration as a part of the continuing effort under contract W58RGZ-08-C-0224. This requirement is sole source, restricted to Homneywell International, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (b), Only One Responsible Source and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 541990. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. It is anticipated that the request for proposal will be issued on or about 28 February 2012.
