- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05041200002, for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - 3rd Quarter FY12. This solicitation will be Total Small Business Set-Aside, FOB Destination, delivery dates will only be on Tuesdays and Thursdays (please read the solicitation for times). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Prison Camp, 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77805. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be available on or after February 07, 2012, and will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is March 08, 2012. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) if the total amount awarded exceeds $30,000.00, otherwise payment will be made using the Government Purchase Card. All offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications yearly by either the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov or for each response by completing the representations and certifications section of the solicitation and returning them. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
