This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Albany, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about February 24, 2012 to removal/asbestos abatement of cooler block wall between warehouse space and C51B, Project No. 528A6-12-607. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to abate asbestos and remove wall in warehouse per drawings and specifications. Work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 562910. The small business standard is $33.5 M. The cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the Solicitation.
