- NAVSUP WSS is synopsizing to exercise option two-year four of Long Term Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract N00383-09-D-013F. This contract provides coverage for the ICAP I (NIIN 014490721) typically known as General Dynamics Part Number 6H4734-1 & ICAP II (NIIN 003323935) typically known as General Dynamics Part Number 1128B400005-19. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the government. The subject items require government source approval prior to contract award, as the items are considered flight critical and the technical data package is not available. Only the source(s) previously approved by the government for this item have been solicited. The time required approval for a new source is normally such that an award can not be delayed pending approval of a new source.
