- Amendment 02 The following pre-proposal questions have been received for the subject solicitation. The government has provided the response for the following question. Question : Page 36, Employee Class 30086 Engineering Technical in FAR 52.222-42 - Can Honeywell substitute another job category/classification when responding? Honeywell has determined classification should be 30083. Government Response: Honeywell may propose using the 30083classification code. Honeywell's proposed wage classification shall be sufficient in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the knowledge and expertise required to support the Honeywell equipment on Tinker AFB. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The contractor is responsible to acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation via email or with their proposal.
