- NOTICE - PLEASE SEE BELOW IN REFERENCE TO QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION: Q. When were the last full load switchgear tests performed? A. This test is scheduled to be performed in April 2012 under current contract. Q. Is full load switchgear testing to be performed on the 3 year anniversary of the last test or in the base year? A. On the 3 year anniversary of the last test. Q. Are Infrared Scans required in each year or only in those years in which a full load test is not performed? A. Infrared Scans are required to be performed annually. Proposal due date remains February 8, 2012, 4:00 Central Standard Time.
