Description
This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs 646 is considering whether or not to set aside an acquisition for Small Businesses. The solicitation number is VA244-12-Q-0291 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 541380 Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The award will be for 12 months of service (base year) and four option years. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System 646 has a requirement for the services listed below. All work will be performed at our facilities located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
