- Description
- This is a notice of intent that OO-ALC/PKEAS anticipates issuing a contract for a two phase development process for the C-17 Hydraulic filter workload. Phase I is for the contractor to do a gap analysis to determine the requirements to integrate the C-17 Hydraulic Filters workload into the existing shop. This phase shall include the acquisition of two flushing carts. Phase II will be an unpriced option to furish equipment, tooling, technical data, parts, processes, and training to deliver a 'turn-key' operation. The proposed contract action is for servies which the Government intends to solicit only one source, PALL Aeropower Corporation, Cage Code 18350, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, regarding this acquisition.
