- This is the scope of work and bid information sheet. Updated to change wording on paragraph #3 to read 'All vendors must use the OJCA “Food Service Supplies Bid Sheet 1 MAR 2012 – 31 MAY 2012” (Form# “BID-1”) for individual pricing of food service supplies, and submit it electronically to Thompson.scottm@jobcorps.org'. "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Scope of Work 1. Vendors are needed to provide and deliver food service items for the 370 +/- students of the Oneonta Job Corps Academy. 2. All vendors must completely fill out, sign and return the "Food Service Supplies Bid Information Sheet" found on page two of this scope of work with their proposal. Please also include a copy of your current business license. 3. All vendors must use the OJCA "Food Service Supplies Bid Sheet 1 MAR 2012 - 31 MAY 2012" (Form# "BID-1") for individual pricing of " food service supplies", and submit it electronically to Thompson.scottm@jobcorps.org 4. All items are to be bid as written. When a specific brand name and model/style is requested- DO NOT substitute another product. 5. All materials are to be delivered to our location at 21 Homer Folks Ave, Oneonta NY 13820, by the successful bidder (s). 6. The maximum allowable fuel/freight/delivery charge per delivery is not to exceed $10.00 7. All deposits for any item must be included in the unit price. A separate charge for deposits will not be honored. 8. S election of the subcontractor (s) will be based on the lowest Fee-For-goods pricing from vendors that comply with this scope of work. 9.
