- Delineated Area Map The United State Government Farm Service Agency currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Clinton County Illinois located at 1790 N 4th St Breese, IL 62230 will expire September 30, 2012. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,625 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,150 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement will not exceed 10 years. The space must be available for occupancy three months after the award. The delineated area for Clinton County, Breese, Illinois USDA Service Center is within or fronting the following boundaries: North: Beginning at the intersection of St. Rose Rd. and Old State Road, heading East to the intersection of Old State Rd. and Frogtown Rd.; East: beginning at the intersection of Old State Rd. and Frogtown Rd., heading South until Frogtown Rd. becomes Little Prairie Rd., then continuing South to the intersection of Little Prairie Rd. and Highline Rd.; South: beginning at the intersection of Little Prairie Rd. and Highline Rd., heading West to the intersection of Highline Rd. and Drive In Rd.; West: beginning at the intersection of Highline Rd. and Drive In Rd., heading North until Drive In Rd. becomes St. Rose Rd., then continuing North to the intersection of St. Rose Rd. and Old State Rd. Other applicable requirements include: • Parking: 25 on site paved parking spaces • Specific Information Technology requirements. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
