- "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Scope of Work Def. 75694 Surge Suppression Replace the two (2) existing burned out capacitors located at the primary line entrance with two (2) new capacitors of the equivalent size. Replace photocells, time clocks, lamps throughout the Center. The Contractor shall conform to the latest Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rate decisions for the area. There will be a pre-bid meeting on site to have a better understanding of what the project entails. The pre-bid meeting will be February 28, 2012 at 9am and will be open to all interested Contractors.
