- Federal Supply Code (FSC) 4430, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333994. Solicitation W52P1J-12-R-3023 is a 100% small business set-aside for replacement Afterburners for the Deactivation Furnace System, hazardous waste incinerator. Delivery will be FOB Destination, Tooele Army Depot (TEAD), Tooele, UT within 90 days of order date. This replacement horizontal afterburner is an exact replacement for the current afterburner used in the Deactivation Furnace System. The successful contractor will be required to design the afterburner to meet the operational, physical size, and geometry constraints of the Government specification. Inspection/acceptance is at Source. Any contract award will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a one-year ordering period. Minimum quantity is 2 each with a possible maximum quantity of 5 each. FAR Part 12 commercial procedures will be utilized. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). You may register via the Internet at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx or contact CCR at 1-866-606-8220. Approximate issue date for solicitation is 28 February 2012 with proposal receipt approximately 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites, and it is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
