- Project Description: VA Sioux Falls has a requirement for bulk course solar salt. The requirement is being offered as a firm fixed price IDIQ type contract for a base year and four one year options. Supplier must be able to deliver bulk course solar salt to the Boiler Room at the V.A. Healthcare Systems, Sioux Falls, South Dakota in quantities of 25 Tons per order up to a maximum of 150 Tons per year. This procurement is 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESSES. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: http://www.ccr.gov;, and https://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. This project is a request for quotes; quotations will be accepted from only responsible and responsive contractors approved under NAICS code 213112-size standard is $7.0 million. RFQ will be uploaded on or about February 2, 2012. Amendments to this solicitation will be posted at the fedbizopps website. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps to Receive Notification of amendments. Offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the time of quote submittal.
