- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Intent to Award Advertisement Alexandria, VA Project Number: 1VA2064 The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Lease Executions Division, 301 7 th Street SW, Washington, DC, 20407 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to exercise option to renew lease for Five (5) years, Alexandria, Virginia. The United States Government intends to exercise an option to extend a lease in accordance with GSAM 517.207 (Exercise of Option) to Fourth Street, LLC for the property located at 115 South Union Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. This lease renewal will be for 5,400 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOA SF) of fully serviced space for a five (5) year term. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government’s intent to exercise the option or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Joel Berelson, Lease Contracting Officer, at Joel.Berelson@gsa.gov or to his attention to the General Services Administration, DC Service Center, 301 7 th Street SW, Suite 2670, Washington, DC, 20407. Any written comments are to be received by Contracting Officer within 10 days of the publication of this notice.
