- Office of Procurement Services U.S. GOVERNMENT Corporation for National and Community Service seeks to lease the following space: State: Maryland USA City: TBA Delineated Area: An area within the State of Maryland: within the delineated area of the northern terminus of I-270, heading southeast to I-495, heading east to US Rte. 50, continuing east to the Chesapeake Bay, heading north along the western shore of the Bay to the eastern terminus of MD Rte. 152, heading west to I-95, heading south to I-695, heading west to MD Rte. 26, continuing west to origin Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 82,863 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 82,863 Space Type: Office, Residential, Multifunctional and Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 150 Parking Spaces (Surface): 150 Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 5 Firm Term: One (1) Base Year Option Term: Four (4) Options Additional Requirements: · Trash Pickup · Electricity · Water · Major Maintenance · Janitorial Services · Sewage · Security · Handicapped accessible facilities. · Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. · Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced to include: * The Government requires the items listed above to be separate line items on the GSA Form 1217.
