- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's synopsis notice. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision (except Government Furnished Property) to perform clean air compliance testing services in accordance with the specifications at the United States Military Academy (USMA) West Point, NY 10996 and outlying areas. Period of Performance shall be one base year and four option years. The solicitation will contain additional specifications. A solicitation shall be issued on or about February 14, 2012. Once the solicitation is released, it may be viewed at the following website https://acquistion.army.mil/asfi/. The successful Contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) databases. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541620 and the small business size standard is $7 million. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers.
