- The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (VAGCVHCS) is seeking to enter into a full-service lease (including all utilities, facility and grounds maintenance, janitorial, fire/security monitoring, pest control, etc.) for space meeting the following requirements: City, State:Panama City, FL Delineated Area (please also see attached map):North (West of Hathaway Bridge): On or South of Highway 98 North (East of Hathaway Bridge): On or South of W 23rd Street/Highway 390/E 14th Street South (West of Hathaway Bridge): On or North of Front Beach Road/Thomas Drive (aka CR392) South (East of Hathaway Bridge): On or North of W 9th Street/W Beach Road/E 6th Street/E 5th Street) East: On or West of County Road 389 (aka NE Avenue) West: On or East of Highway 79 Approximate Rentable Square Feet (RSF):Approximately 8,200 RSF Approximate Square Feet (NUSF):TBD Space Type:Mental Health Clinic and Other Administrative Services Parking Spaces (Paved Surface) (Total):40 (to include 8 spaces for handicap and 4 spaces for government vehicles) Full Term Potential:10 Years Firm Term:5 Years Option Term:5 Years Additional Requirements:Offered space must be within approximately ¼ mile to public transportation. Offered space must not be in the 100-year flood plain. Space offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to meet all current applicable Federal, State, and Local Government Building Codes and Regulations. Class A or High-End Class B space is desired-professional quality medical and office space. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration but please be advised that the VA does not pay brokers fees or commission fees. Expressions of interest should include the following minimum information and should be forwarded to the below Government Point of Contact by COB on Thursday, February 23, 2012: 1.Building name, address, and age. 2.Pictures (with specific areas identified) of inside and outside of facility. 3.Location of space in the building (if not free standing or not single occupancy) and the date of availability. 4.ANSI BOMA (net usable) office area square feet (NUSF) 5.Rentable square feet (RSF) offered. 6.Name, address, work telephone number, work cell phone number, facsimile number, and email address of authorized points of contact. 7.Scaled floor plans (as-builts) identifying offered space. Plans can be a rough draft if formal as-built plans are not readily available. 8.Information on project and building ownership. Hard copies of the above information is preferred but if sending information via email, please follow-up with Government POC to ensure that emailed information was received.
