- Description
- The United States Army Contract Command - Warren, intends to issue a modification to contract W56HZV-09-D-0003, awarded to Caterpillar Governmental and Defense Products, to include the 924G Loader and the 966H Loader. The estimated quantities are (5) 924G Loaders and (18) 966H Loaders. The estimated total value of this action is $3,179,488. The Reset effort for the 924G and 966H will be conducted in the fourth ordering year which will begin on February 12, 2012. The Reset contract consists of repairing vehicles that were deployed in support of operations in CONUS and OCONUS to 10/20 standards and repairing any Delayed Desert Damage. No solicitation will be issued for this modification. Negotiations will be conducted on a sole source basis with Caterpillar Governmental and Defense Products.
