- This pre-solicitation notice is for the purpose of informing industry that a solicitation for work which includes the installation and maintenance of existing drainage dips and special outlet structures on all types of roads is scheduled to be posted to FBO o/a 10 February 2012 with a projected response due date of 7 March 2012. The project is located in the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit, Lake Tahoe, California. All work will be performed within the Right-of-Way limits. The roads included in this contract are high clearance routes and also include rolling dips on native, aggregate, and paved roads. All work will be accomplished IAW Statement of Work (which will be available in the solicitation) and all applicable regulatory guidance. The Contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. The anticipated start date is 1 May 2012. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Services contract. Anticipated award date is 23 April 2012. The proposed performance period is 65 days. This acquisition is a 100% Set Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned wiith a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 237310 and a related small business size standard of $33.5 Million. This notice is not a request for proposals and proposals received as a result of this pre-solicitation notice will not be accepted or evaluated.
