- Description
- The contractor, acting as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the government, shall furnish all materials, personnel, facilities, support, and management necessary to meet the requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contract type is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract utilizing Fixed Price(FP) and Time and Materials (T&M) type task orders in accordance with fixed price FAR 16.2. This contract will be used primarily by NIH, but may also be used by other portions of DHHS and other Federal agencies. The contractor shall perform a broad range of administrative, travel, meeting and conference support. The contractor period of performance will consist of a base year and four one-year option periods. In addition, the contractor shall be responsible for providing a wide range of documentation support, information technology (IT) support, including website design/development.
