- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), Theater Contracting Center (TCC), Unit 23156, APO, AE 09227-3156. The TCC intends to procure a performance-based, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials elements for Domestic Appliance Repair for the Army Family Housing, Unaccompanied Soldier Housing and Moral, Welfare and Recreation Programs throughout Europe, to include Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands. These services include on-site repair services for domestic appliances at Government personnel residences within the U.S. military community area in Europe as well as purchase and management of Government-owned repair parts stored in the Contractor's warehouses. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, supervision, tools, and vehicles to perform these services. Specific areas are as follows: Area 1- Grafenw hr, Hohenfels, Garmisch; Area 2- Ansbach, Bamberg, Schweinfurt; Area 3- Stuttgart; Area 4- Heidelberg; Area 5- Baumholder, Wiesbaden; Area 6- Chievres, Belgium; Area 7- Schinnen, Netherlands; Area 8- Livorno, Vicenza Italy. The intended contract(s) will have one (1) year period of performance, with four option years. Evaluation and award of a contract(s) will be made by each area. An offeror need not provide an offer for each area. Multiple awards are anticipated for this requirement. This pre-solicitation notice also serves to announce that this procurement was synopsized on June 6, 2011 under number, but will now be offered under W564KV-12-R-0006. W912CM-11-R-0021, which can be viewed at, is no longer active. The acquisition will be solicited under full and open competition. A solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps), on or about 1 April 2012.
