- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Anticipated award date is 09 Feb 2012. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number N68470-12-T-0107 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 dated 03 Jan 2012. (iv) NAICS Code for this requirement is 339113. (v) Contractors shall submit a quote for Infuse Bone Graft. CLIN 0001 - BMP-INFUSE BONE GRAFT, MEDIUM 5.6CC,Part Number 7510400 Quantity 7 each, Unit Price___________ Total Price __________________. CLIN 0002- BMP-INFUSE BONE GRAFT-LARGE, Part Number 7510600,, Quantity 12, Unit Price__________ Total Price__________. The deadline for questions pertaining to this requirement is 1200 PM, JST, 09 Feb 2012.
