- This notice is being modified to change the Issue Date to February 08, 2012 with a Closing Date of March 08, 2012. Below has been edited to reflect the change. All terms and conditions remains the same. Solicitation number, SPM4A6-12-R-0427 will issue on February 08, 2012 with a Closing Date of March 08, 2012. NSN is 5365-01-542-2010, Spacer, Plate. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition, Non-critical Item Application. NSN is Non-Commercial and not a Critical Safety Item. Approved sources of supply includes: Conax Florida Corporation, Cage 62323, Part number: 2005193-1 and Amsafe, Inc., Cage 35FB9, Part number 200200-1. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 2,652 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Delivery Order Quantity for the Base Year only is 663 each. The Minimum Delivery Order Quantity for the base year and each option year is 663 each. The Maximum Delivery Order Quantity for the base year and each option year is 2,652 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 5304 each. This procurement is for any DLA stock locations located within the Continental United States. Requested delivery is 120 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
