- THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. Description: RADIATOR, ENGINE COOLANT Kato Engineering Inc. (32770) P/N 099-00222-03 Item 64 and 153-00011-76 Critical Application Item. Configuration control applies. This is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 4 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition. The NSN is 2930-01-551-7744, PR 0041088124. Delivery requirement is 200 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at Aviation Supply Chain Richmond. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
