- THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY The Kittrell Job Corps Center is looking to upgrade our handheld radio communication system. We are looking for a qualified vendor to handle all license and registration needs as well as provide equipment necessary. For technical questions please contact our Information Technology Specialist. For the repeater we need: 1 UHF Repeater 1 UHF Duplexer 1 UHF Antenna 2 UHF Frequencies Coax The vendor will be responsible for: All paperwork associated with obtaining frequencies & licensing from the FCC. Installing & programming the Repeater Installing the Antenna/Coax Tuning the Duplexer And any & all setup needed to get the Repeater up & running for the center.
