- Description
- Establish Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Contract for basewide laundry/dry cleaning services. 5-year contract: Basic contract period and 4 one-year options, plus 6-mo option to extend services). The total duration of the resultant contract will not exceed five years, six months. Laundry/Dry cleaning services will be in accordance with the Performance Based Wrok Statement and its attachments. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with RFP and attachments. All responsible sources may submit a porposal which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or around 15 Feb 2012 with a response date of on or around 29 Feb 2012. The RFP will be posted to www.fbo.gov. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing within 5 calendar days of release of RFP. Questions and Answers will be posted to www.fbo.gov without revealing either the submitter or responder. Offerors are encouraged to review postings prior to submission of their proposal to ensure all data has been considered.
