- Pre-Solicitation Notice for National Bank Examination Support Services The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (hereinafter "OCC") a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury, is the primary regulator of all nationally chartered banking and thrift institutions. The OCC is responsible for promoting the safety and soundness of the country's national banking system and maintaining its competitiveness, efficiency, integrity and stability in the financial marketplace. The Midsize/Community Bank Supervision Department has a requirement for numerous National Bank Examination Service providers at various locations throughout the United States. The solicitation number TCC-12-HQ-R-0006 will be available on or about February 7, 2012, at Federal Business Opportunities (hereinafter "FBO") at www.fbo.gov. This is a one hundred percent (100%) small business set-aside pursuant to FAR Part 19.502-2(b). The anticipated contract type is Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price. Please note that all interested parties to this pre-solicitation notice and the subsequent solicitation TCC-12-HQ-R-0006 must have a Tax Identification Number (hereinafter "TIN") or Employer Identification Number (hereinafter "EIN") available at www.irs.gov, a Data Universal Numbering System (hereinafter "DUNS") available at www.dnb.com, be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (hereinafter "CCR") available at www.ccr.gov, and have a completed Representations and Certifications (hereinafter "Reps and Certs") available online at http://orca.bpn.gov.
